The enterprise AI platform with decision control built in

Put AI to work. With confidence and control.

Use NEU AI's ready-made applications and Digital Workers, or connect the AI you already own. Everything runs on NEUCORE OS, which checks important decisions against your evidence, policy and authority before anything executes, on any model, inside the systems you already run.

AI can generate. NEU AI decides what executes.

Trust the answer. Put AI to work. Stay in control.

NEU AI sits between AI and your business. It checks important answers against your evidence, flags assumptions it can't support, and stops unauthorized actions before they run. It works with any model and the systems you already run.

Confidence and control

One decision. Four stages. One boundary.

Every consequential AI moment passes through four stages: an answer, a decision drawn from it, an action that decision implies, and the execution of that action. The first two are about confidence. The last two are about control. NEU AI evaluates all four at one boundary, using the same context and leaving one record.

One boundary
The same context, the same checks, one record.

The boundary is calibrated to consequence. A routine summary may only be grounded and logged. A payment proposal gets every check, plus a person.

Confidence. Control. Cost.

The third question every AI leader asks: what will this cost?

Trust and control get AI into production. Cost decides whether it stays there. NEUCORE OS measures cost on every interaction, so AI spend is something you can see and steer.

1Measured on every callTokens and cost are captured for each interaction, not estimated at month end.
2Attributed to who spent itBy tenant, session, call and Digital Worker, so every dollar has an owner.
3Held to your budgetThe right model for each task, with budgets enforced while the work runs.
One platform. Two ways in.

Start with ours, or connect yours. Same foundation either way.

Use NEU AI's Digital Workers, applications and industry Packs to get work done now, or connect the agents and AI applications you already run. Both share the same checks, the same records and the same controls.

Proof you can open

A confident wrong answer is caught, not shipped. NEUCORE OS checks every important answer against your evidence before anyone acts on it, and keeps the evidence, the checks and who approved it.

Point solutions vs one platform

Many point solutions. One decision boundary.

Most enterprises assemble AI control from separate tools for governance, security, routing, cost, monitoring and approvals, and still have no single place that decides what AI may do. Each tool sees one slice of a decision. None can say this answer is supported, this action is allowed, and this is what runs.

NEU AI can consolidate capabilities that often require multiple point solutions, and reduces integration complexity and duplicated infrastructure. It works alongside your identity, data governance, security monitoring and GRC systems.

For developers

The developer workflow engine.

NEU Application Platform (NAP) is for the work that needs a developer: complex workflows, intricate security and deep connections to your data and systems.

Business teams build in NEU Studio. When a workflow outgrows that, your engineers build it here. Everything runs on the same platform and the same license, and everything is checked by NEUCORE OS.

Two builders, one platform

Start simple. Go as deep as you need.

NEU Studio

The no-code builder for Digital Workers, applications and automations. Your business teams use it every day, with no developer queue.

NEU Application Platform (NAP)

The developer workflow engine. For complex workflows, intricate security requirements and deep data and system integration.

NEUCORE OS

Underneath both. Every worker and workflow, whoever built it, is challenged, verified and recorded before it can act.

Where NAP sits

The execution surface for both ways in.

NAP is where applications and workflows are built, integrated and run. It sits on the same foundation as NEUCORE OS, so work built here, and AI you connect from elsewhere, passes through the same checks.

NEUCORE OS

AI can generate.
NEUCORE OS decides what executes.

As AI gets easier to create, generating an answer stops being the hard part. Deciding whether to trust it does. NEUCORE OS sits between AI reasoning and consequential execution. It challenges each important decision, verifies it independently and checks it against your policy before anything is allowed to become an action. A model’s reasoning is evidence NEU AI evaluates, never the final authority.

The difference

Separate tools leave no decision boundary. A shared foundation creates one.

Most enterprises assemble AI control from separate tools, and each sees one slice of a decision. NEUCORE OS puts those questions in one boundary that both NEU AI's applications and your own connected AI pass through.

The hard questions

The questions that get harder as AI scales

NEUCORE OS answers each one, for every worker and application, automatically.

What context was the AI allowed to use?
Was that context safe?
Who authorized the AI?
Which model was appropriate?
What did the interaction cost?
Was policy followed?
Was sensitive information exposed?

Does a human need to step in?
What happened after the action?
Can the enterprise reconstruct the event?
NEUCORE OS records the answer to every one.
What's inside

Nine services, one shared layer

Enterprise context

Task-specific, provenance-aware and budgeted, and it survives a change of model.

Decision validation

Every important decision is challenged and verified against your evidence and rules before it can become an action.

Security

Prompt-injection defense, isolation and data protection in the runtime.

Governance & policy

Authority, approvals and autonomy levels enforced on every action, with conflicts surfaced to a person.

Model independence

Commercial, open and your own models are resources NEU AI chooses, routes, combines, validates and governs per task, so you never depend on any single model.

Cost optimization

Per-call cost measured and attributed, with budgets enforced as work runs.

Observability

A complete, reconstructable record of what every worker did and why.

Controlled execution

Every action is checked before it runs, watched while it runs and reviewed after, only inside approved scope, with a way to stop at any point.

One layer, shared

Every worker, application and Pack inherits it, so improving it improves everything.

What it delivers

Six business outcomes, on one foundation.

Each outcome answers a different leader. All of them come from the same boundary.

TrustGrounds AI in approved context, challenges and verifies important decisions, and keeps the evidence. For business leaders.
ControlApplies policy, permissions and authority before execution, with pause and stop. For risk and operations.
SecurityScoped access, tool and action limits, data protection and prompt-injection defense. For the CISO.
GovernanceReconstructable records: sources, models, checks, approvals and outcome. For compliance and audit.
EconomicsThe right model per task, with token and context budgets and cost per worker. For the CFO.
FlexibilityAny model, your existing systems. Controls and context persist through model change. For the CTO.
Foundation: enterprise context
Assembled once, provenance-aware, reused, and it survives a change of model.
Before the actionValidation and policy checks run before execution, to catch defects before they become actions.
During the actionConditions are monitored and your limits held while it runs.
After the actionThe evidence, the checks and who approved it are kept, so any decision can be explained later.
The more sophisticated the infrastructure, the less of it you should see.

That’s the design goal. The Workspace keeps things simple, and NEUCORE OS is why that simplicity holds up under real enterprise use.

Verified autonomy

What do you have control of? Everything.

Verified autonomy happens in NEUCORE OS. Your digital workers, agents and applications run inside your workflows, your security and your guardrails. Those set the trust level for each one, and you raise it one step at a time.

The value is not how much work AI does. It is how much accurate, trusted work it does: the right answer, the right action, monitored and logged every time.

Path 2 is drawn dashed on purpose. Connected AI is governed for the decisions and actions routed through NEUCORE OS.

How it works

Your AI proposes. NEUCORE OS decides what executes.

A connected agent or application submits the decision or action it wants to take. NEUCORE OS runs the same checks it runs for NEU AI's own Digital Workers, reaches one outcome, and records it.

1Your AI proposesAn agent, AI application or workflow submits a decision or action.
2NEUCORE OS checksGround, verify, policy, security, permission, authority and cost.
3One outcomeAllow, modify, route, ask a person, escalate or block.
4One recordEvidence, checks, approver and result, in the same record as NEU AI's own workers.
Where the boundary is

Governed means routed through NEUCORE OS.

We are precise about this because your security team will be. Connected AI is governed for the decisions and actions it routes through NEUCORE OS.

Governed

Decisions and actions routed through NEUCORE OS, through the NEU Application Platform (NAP) or a supported integration.

Checked before they run, with an outcome and a record.

Not governed

Actions an agent takes by calling a system directly, around the boundary.

That is why the integration is designed so connected AI acts through the boundary, not beside it.

Start with a conversation

We scope the connection with you.

Every environment is different, so we begin with an architecture session. We agree on four things together before anything is built.

How decisions are submittedThe interface your agents and applications use to send a proposed decision or action.
Which frameworks are supportedThe agent frameworks and protocols that have been tested with NEUCORE OS.
How approved actions runThrough NEU Application Platform (NAP) connectors, or returned to your system with an authorization.
What the record containsThe evidence and checks captured for a connected agent's decisions.
Trust and methodology

Trust the answer. Check the method.

NEU AI is built so you can depend on it to get work done: dependable, not perfect. Here is how decisions are recorded, and how we measure what we claim.

Proof you can open

Every important decision comes with its record.

The record is how you trust a decision after the fact. It keeps the evidence used, the checks that ran, who approved it and what happened.

Decision recordIllustrative example
Proposal
Financial Analyst recommends moving $20M between forecast lines.
Ground and Verify

Policy, Permission, Authority, Cost
Amount exceeds the analyst's authority limit.
Outcome
Ask a person  Routed to the CFO with the evidence attached.
Result
CFO approved a revised figure. Action executed inside authority. Record written.
Methodology

A number is only worth publishing with its method.

We do not publish an accuracy figure until it has been validated and documented. When we do, this page will show how it was measured, so you can judge it for yourself.

Test designWhat was tested, and what it was compared against.
Data and modelsWhich dataset and which models.
Sample and intervalHow many cases, and how certain the result is.
Who ran itIdeally reproduced by an independent party.

Until then, this is what we say: NEUCORE OS checks every important answer against your evidence before anyone acts on it, so a confident wrong answer is caught, not shipped. We do not claim it eliminates errors or bias.

Token optimization

Know what every AI call costs. Control it before it is spent.

NEUCORE OS measures cost on every interaction, attributes it to the worker, team and tenant that spent it, routes each task to the right model at the right cost, and holds work to the budgets you set.

From the call to the budget

Cost is decided at the same boundary as everything else.

Because every decision and action already passes through NEUCORE OS, cost can be checked in the same step, and confidence is bought where the stakes justify it.

1A task arrivesFrom a Digital Worker, an application or your own connected AI.
2The right modelA routine summary goes to a lower-cost model. A high-stakes recommendation gets a stronger one and deeper verification.

We built the hard part first

We didn't start with a chatbot or an agent marketplace, and we don't think the smartest model is the lasting advantage. As models commoditize, the durable position is the independent layer that decides whether AI can be trusted, authorized and executed. We built that control layer first, then wrapped a Workspace around it.

Why independent

A control layer has to be independent of the vendors it governs.

Every major platform now governs AI from inside its own estate: its workflows, its identity system, its customer data or its cloud. Most enterprises run several of them. They need one decision boundary that belongs to none of them, one that checks whether an answer is supported and whether an action is allowed, across every model and system, and leaves one record. That is the position NEU AI is built to hold.

The NEU AI Founders Manifesto

We choose accountable intelligence

Every generation meets a technology that changes what people are capable of. Ours has met artificial intelligence.

It can read faster than any team. It can reason across more information than any one person can hold. It can act at a speed no institution has ever had to govern. That is extraordinary, and we believe in it.

But capability is not permission. The future of AI will not be decided by what machines can do. It will be decided by what we allow them to do, and how.

We have made our choice. We choose intelligence that is guided, accountable and answerable to the people it serves.

02

The question that defines our era

For most of AI's short history, the question has been: what can it do?

That question has been answered. It can write, predict, decide and act.

The question that matters now is harder. When AI acts on our behalf, can we stand behind what it did? Can we explain it to a patient, a regulator, a board or a customer? Can we say why it was allowed to act at all?

That is the line between machines that guess and systems that think. Between novelty and infrastructure. Between AI that impresses and AI that can be trusted.

03

The future we refuse to accept

We refuse a future where machines race ahead and people are left to answer for decisions they did not make and cannot reconstruct.

Too much AI still arrives as a black box. It delivers answers without reasoning, actions without accountability and speed without scrutiny. In a demonstration, that is a curiosity. In finance, healthcare, insurance, law and government, it is a liability. Someone is always responsible. Too often, that someone cannot see what happened, or why.

We refuse to treat trust as something you assume, or something you audit after the damage is done. And we refuse the false choice that says an organization must pick between what AI can do and what it can answer for.

04

Why we founded NEU AI

We did not found NEU AI to make AI faster. The world has plenty of speed.

We founded it to make AI answerable.

We saw a missing layer. Models were getting smarter every month. The systems around them were becoming more connected. Yet nothing stood between what AI decides and what AI does with the independence and the authority to ask a simple question: should this happen?

So we decided to build it. And we decided to build that hard part first.

05

What we believe

We believe intelligence is not prediction alone. It is process. It is intent. It is responsibility.

We believe people must keep authority over the decisions that shape their lives and their institutions. AI should earn autonomy step by step, the way people earn trust. And a person must always be able to say stop.

We believe accountability is not a feature added at the end. It is the foundation everything else stands on.

We believe any AI that shapes real decisions should be able to show not only what it decided, but why it was allowed to decide it.

And we believe trust in AI should never depend on trusting a single model, a single vendor or a single promise.

06

The foundation we are building

These beliefs are why we built NEUCORE OS, our AI decisions platform: an independent control layer that sits between what AI thinks and what AI does.

It does not replace the models people choose. It decides whether their work may move forward. Before an important decision becomes action, it is examined, challenged and checked against the rules and authority that apply to it. Then it is allowed, sent to a person, or stopped.

Every Digital Worker and every application built on our platform inherits that discipline from its first decision. Not as a retrofit. Not as an afterthought.

07

The future we believe in

We believe in a future where AI does more of the world's meaningful work, and people trust it more, not less.

A future where a nurse, an analyst, an underwriter or an engineer can hand real work to an intelligent system and know it will act within the boundaries they set, and come to them when it should.

A future where institutions adopt AI with the confidence they bring to how money moves and how medicine is approved. Not because nothing can go wrong, but because a discipline comes before every action.

A future where people spend less time checking machines and more time on the judgment, care and creativity only people bring.

That is not a future with less human authority. It is a future where human authority finally scales.

08

Who we are and why we chose this path

We are operators, builders and system architects. We have worked inside environments where decisions carry consequences, in regulated industries where failure is not theoretical. It is measurable.

We have seen what happens when powerful systems run without accountability. We decided not to hand that future to the people who come after us.

So we chose the harder path. Discipline before excitement. Control before scale. Trust before speed.

Our founding principle
Guardrails before greenlights. Always.

Not because we fear what AI can do. Because we believe in it enough to make it worthy of trust.

"We have built the hard technology first. Now we need to make that technology disappear beneath an experience people love to use."

The end state
One company. One architecture. One focus.

AI productivity on the front end in the NEU AI Workspace. Independent verification, control and security underneath in NEUCORE OS. Use any model, keep the systems you have, and safely increase how much work AI is trusted to do. Verified autonomy is the goal.
